Please note that resident negligence, including damage to appliances such as dryers, is outlined in your lease agreement. Metal debris from clothing (zippers, buttons, etc.) damaged the dryer igniter, which is why we had to charge for the repair.
We provided a curtesy email to all residents explaining proper dryer use, along with pictures of the dryer components and potential causes of damage. We strongly encourage residents to avoid overfilling the dryer to prevent these issues.
